Naked DSL
Naked DSL allows you to have broadband without the expense of a phone line. You'll still receive all of the benefits of a high-speed broadband Internet connection just without phone service. If you do require a phone service then it's available for only $9.95 per month.
And with our Naked DSL you don't have to have your landline currently connected. Even if you don't currently have a phone jack we can arrange it to be installed for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you choose to signup on a 12 month contract then you will receive a free connection. An early termination fee of $99 applies if you cancel before the 12 months.
If you would prefer to have no contract then you can choose to pay the $99 when you signup.
It usually takes 5 to 7 working days for your connection to be setup. This is not a guarantee. If you require your connection to be setup by a certain date please let us know when you signup.
All of our Naked DSL plans are designed to function "as fast as your line will go" which in most areas is up to 8Mbps. Your line speed can be decreased due to factors such as line quality or distance from the exchange so you will receive the fastest speed your line allows.
We won't slow you down. Instead you will be charged $1.80 per GB. You can view your usage at any time using MySupra.
A Static IP Address is available for an additional $9.95 per month. Discounts are available for businesses depending on your requirements and plan.
Naked DSL uses the phone network to deliver your broadband service so your premises needs to have a phone jack or be near to Telecom phone lines. If you don't have a phone jack in your premises we can arrange for this to be installed. We don't require phone service to be active with your phone provider to connect Naked DSL.
In most cases there is a charge of $149 to have a technician install a phone jack in your premises. This is not a guaranteed price and can be confirmed when you signup.
If you already have a working phone jack in your premises this charge does not normally apply.
For an additional $9.95 per month you can add our phone service to your account which includes an incoming number, free voicemail, caller ID, call waiting and low calling rates.
Our Naked DSL is available nationwide at any ADSL enabled exchange. If you can currently receive Broadband then you will be able to receive our Naked DSL.
We allow interleaving to be turned off on all of our Naked DSL plans at the request of the customer. We do ask that you supply a reason if you request interleaving to be turned off.
