Calling Special
We've extended our toll call ranges. Now calls to the same area code as you are free! For example if you're in Auckland and make a call to an 09 number it's free. If you're in Christchurch and make a call to an 03 number it's free.
Frequently Asked Questions
Supra Phone has no connection fees. You'll need a compatible modem/phone or adapter to receive the best level of service.
It normally takes a couple of hours for your phone number to be allocated. Sometimes it can take slightly longer if there have been lots of orders in your area.
Calls to New Zealand landlines are only eight cents per minute. Calls to New Zealand mobiles are only thirty cents per minute.
Supra Phone is digital so you'll need one of the following:
- An ADSL modem/router that includes an ATA or Voice over IP
- A Voice over IP phone
- An ATA or Voice over IP adapter
- A computer if you would prefer to use headphones and a microphone

Supra Phone is available nationwide to homes and businesses. We can provide you with a local number in all main areas of the country or you can transfer your existing number.
You can transfer your existing phone number. There is a one-off transfer fee of $30.
You need an Internet connection to use Supra Phone. A Broadband or Naked DSL service works best with Supra Phone.
