Billing Assistance
Our billing cycle is from the first day of the month to the last. All charges are pro-rated to the 1st, which means that all services on your account will be sent on one invoice each month rather than multiple invoices throughout a month.
To achieve this, when you signup or add a service to your account you will receive an invoice which may be slightly higher or lower than the plans charge, depending on the day of the month you added this service.
For example, if your service is active on the 1st then you won't pay a pro-rata charge. However if your service is active on the 8th you will pay a pro-rata charge for just over 22 days to bring this in line with our billing cycle.
A "Billing Adjustment" charge will appear on your invoice, this is the pro-rated charge.
It is important that you realize you are not being overcharged, you are simply being charged for part of a month. It is quite common for phone and power companies to do this.
After your first pro-rated invoice, each subsequent invoice will be for your plan fee for the month, charged in advance.
Automatic Payment with Credit Card
If your account is paid automatically by Credit Card, invoices are raised on the 1st of the month and then payment is processed within the first 10 days of the month unless you have requested a payment extension or your account is in credit to sufficiently cover your outstanding balance.
New customers should expect a pro-rated invoice, as well as the nominated plan fee for the term in advance, to be processed on application or soon after.
If you add new services to your account throughout the month, you will receive a pro-rated invoice for the service (if applicable) to be billed immediately or soon after.
Other Payment Methods
