Changing your plan
If you would like to change the plan you are currently on simply login to MySupra, send us an email or give us a call.
Depending on the time of the month you request this change it may take effect from your next billing period, or if your plan is changed throughout a month you will receive an invoice to bring your new plan in line with our billing period. If you are changing your broadband plan which involves a change of speed (for example from 256K to full speed), it may take up to 3 working days for this to be completed.
If you are on a contract and change to a higher plan, there is no charge. However if you are on a contract and move to a lower plan you may be charged a $20 downgrading fee. This fee can be waived in certain situations so contact us and we'll see what we can do.
