Did you know you can get our Network Status on your mobile?
Simply txt SUPRA to 8808 from your mobile phone. TXT messages cost 50 cents per message and are available to New Zealand mobile phones only.
Tip for Broadband/Naked DSL customers: A range of common issues can be solved by restarting your modem. You can do this by unplugging your modem for 30 seconds then reconnect the power and wait for the modem to reconnect.
