Moving service to another address
If you are moving house and wish to retain your Broadband or Naked DSL service, or if you are wanting to change your Broadband service to a different telephone line, you will need to let us know at least 15 working days before you require the service moved. Once we have your new address we can arrange your service to be transferred.
Please note that in some cases disconnection and/or connection costs may apply. If your new address or line already has a phone jack then normally no costs apply.
