If you've just joined Supra, no doubt you'll be ready to setup your computer, modem or device to our network. Simply start by choosing your service below then follow the easy instructions below and you'll be setup in no time.

Dialup

If your computer is running Windows 98 and above you can use our automated setup software which will configure your computer to use Supra Dialup. Otherwise you can choose your operating system from the below list to view our step by step setup guides.

Microsoft Windows Computers

Apple Macintosh Computers

Broadband/Naked DSL

We have included all of the common settings that your modem may require, please use the instruction manual that came with your modem and enter the below settings when requested.

Username (for Broadband): username@supra.net.nz
Username (for Naked DSL): username@dil
Operating Mode: G.992.1, G.DMT or ANSI T1.413 iss 2 (Not G.Lite or G.992.2)
VPI: 0
VCI: 100
Encapsulation: PPPoA VC-MUX or PPPoA VC
