We can help you with:
New accounts or general sales enquiries
Accounts or Billing enquiries
General connection or disconnection problems
Some modem faults
Browsing website pages
Sending and receiving e-mail
Uploading a website to your Supra account
We can't help you with:
Non-Internet related software (such as Windows, Linux, Macintosh or Microsoft Office)
Server Software (such as Internet Sharing Software or Mail Server Software, unless supplied by Supra)
Firewalls or Routers (unless supplied by Supra)
Debugging problems with website or program code
Configuration of non-Internet related software or devices
Non-Internet related hardware, computer or software faults
Virus scanning software, viruses or spyware
Internal networks (or LANs)
